Lake Louise Inn has 247 rooms with a selection of layouts. Guests can select rooms with one double bed and one double pullout sofa or rooms with two double beds, mini-fridges, single-serve Keurig coffee makers, and bathrooms with bath/shower combinations. Some rooms include kitchens with a flat top stove, dishwashers, full-size fridge/freezers, microwaves, toaster ovens, toasters, kettles, and coffee makers. Dog-friendly rooms are available upon request, for a fee of $20 per night (tax is extra), capped at $60 (tax is extra) for stays longer than three nights.

Lake Louise Inn offers three dining options. Legends Restaurant serves Canadian dishes and boxed lunches for takeaway. Timberwolf Pizza and Pasta Café features Italian-inspired cuisine, with pizza as a specialty. Explorers Lounge offers pub-style appetizers, entrées, and beer on tap; children are welcome until 9 PM. Guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet at Legends Restaurant, available between 7:00 am and 11:30 am, for $26.99 (Adults 13+), $17.00 (Children 6-12); children 5 and under are free. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.

Lake Louise Inn provides recreational facilities. The heated indoor pool and whirlpools are open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (9:30 pm for children); pool towels are available. The fitness center includes a cable machine, barbell, dumbbells, elliptical, treadmill, and recumbent bike. Snowshoe rentals are complimentary during the winter season, and mini-golf is complimentary during the summer season; equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lake Louise Inn is in the main village, near shops, restaurants, and the Bow River. Lake Louise is 4.5 kms away, Moraine Lake (accessible by shuttle only) is 15 kms away, and Calgary Airport is 198 kms away. Complimentary on-site parking is available, with some spaces offering extension cords and outlets for car plugins. Tesla charging stations are available behind the Shell gas station. Roam Transit stops near the HI Hostel, across the road from the Lake Louise Inn; the bus runs from 9:30 am to 3:50 pm (cash only, $2 per person each way). A complimentary shuttle to Lake Louise Ski Resort is available for guests during winter.

Lake Louise Inn offers several services for guests. A 24-hour business center provides computer and printing access. Secure ski storage is available, accessible via the front desk; in summer, it serves as bike storage. Complimentary bag storage and Wi-Fi are available. The 24-hour lobby market sells toiletries, snacks, and souvenirs. On-site laundry facilities are available for $4 to wash and $4 to dry (machines take quarters or loonies). Daily tidy-up service is provided; full stayover service is provided after the fourth night.
